Billing & Reports
These pages are about the organisation over time rather than one workstation. Billing needs the Billing Admin role; the rest need the Tenant Admin role. The two reports appear once Computle has enabled monitoring for your organisation.
The order to read them in
Section titled “The order to read them in”- Billing: set up or replace the Direct Debit that collects your invoices, and view and download each invoice. The Billing Admin role is separate from Tenant Admin, so an outsourced IT team can run the portal without seeing invoices.
- Usage Report: how much each workstation was used in a month or a week, sign-in patterns, patching, connection quality, faults, power and right-sizing suggestions, with an export pack.
- Energy Report: the electricity your workstations used each month, the carbon avoided against the UK grid average, and a per-workstation breakdown.
- Audit Logs: who did what in the portal and every sign-in to your organisation, with search and date filters.
- Actions Centre: the workstations that need attention, grouped by problem, with the fix on each row and a count in the sidebar.
