Users & Sign-in

The order to read them in
Section titled “The order to read them in”- Users: the list of everyone in your organisation, their roles, invitations, removals and the support contacts list. Every other page here starts from a user who exists on this page.
- Connect Microsoft 365: the two Microsoft Entra applications Computle uses, for sign-in and for Directory Sync, the permissions each needs and how to grant consent once for the whole organisation.
- Sign-in Methods: whether people can sign in with a one-time email link, or with their Microsoft work account only.
- Single Sign-On: signing the user in to Windows on their workstation with the Microsoft account they used in the app, so no Windows password is typed.
- Entra join: joining a built workstation to your Microsoft Entra directory and enrolling it in Intune, with nobody at the workstation.
- Directory Sync: creating, updating and disabling Computle users from your Microsoft Entra ID security groups, every hour.
- Settings: your own account: the colour theme, the monthly usage report email, and an authenticator app for your portal account.
Where the user is given a workstation is under Assigning workstations. What they can do in a session is under App Settings.
