Service Status
Computle publishes the state of the service at https://status.computle.com. The Computle Portal reads the same page and shows a summary at the top of every page, so the first check for any fault is one glance.
The System Status badge
Section titled “The System Status badge”The badge sits in the header of the Computle Portal, next to your name, on screens wide enough to show it. Click it to open the status page in a new tab.

| Badge | What it means |
|---|---|
| “Checking status…” | The portal is reading the status page. |
| “All Systems Operational” (green tick) | No incident. A fault you are seeing is local to a workstation, a device or a network. |
| “Some Services Degraded” (amber) | Part of the service is running slowly or with reduced capacity. Sessions usually still work. |
| “Partial System Outage” (red) | Part of the service is unavailable. |
| “Major System Outage” (red) | The service is unavailable. |
| “Status Unavailable” (amber) | The portal could not read the status page. Open https://status.computle.com directly. |
The portal refreshes the badge every minute. The figure the badge is built from is held for 30 seconds, so a change on the status page can take up to a minute and a half to show.
The status page
Section titled “The status page”The status page lists each part of the service with its current state, and carries the updates during an incident. Open it directly when the portal is not reachable.
What to do during an incident
Section titled “What to do during an incident”- Do not raise a ticket to report the incident itself. The status page is the record, and support is already working on it.
- Do raise a ticket if you are still affected once the status page shows the incident resolved, and say which workstation and user.
- Follow Triage an Issue once the badge shows “All Systems Operational” again.
